Club Status Update
June 14, 2021
In almost two months we’ve managed to complete several important steps to get the organization up and running. Here is a list of some of things that have been completed.
Filed the clubs Articles of Incorporation with the state.
Completed the drafts for our bylaws, code of conduct, and conflict of interest policy.
Received our tax identification number from the IRS.
Completed our team logo with community input.
Here are a few things we are still actively working on.
Coordinating with several towns in the area to provide clinics during the late summer-fall time frame. Follow us closely as once those fields are secured we’ll be posting the clinic date and its location.
Coordinating with other parties to hold a few winter clinics at some indoor facilities in the area.
Acquiring team equipment.
File with the IRS to receive our 501c3 status.
If you are interested in helping us with some administrative tasks please contact us.
